摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜结合超声刀治疗肾囊肿疗效。方法经腹膜后运用腹腔镜结合超声刀行肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗15例患者。结果15例患者手术成功,术后住院时间35天,平均4.2天。结论经腹膜后运用腹腔镜结合超声刀治疗肾囊肿具有创伤小,恢复快,治疗彻底的特点。Objective To explore the efficacy of laparoscopy and ultrasonic scalpel in the treatment of renal cyst. Methods Fifteen patients were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic and ultrasonic scalpel unroofing of renal cyst. Result The operations were successful in 15 patients. The postoperative hospitalization days of the patients ranged from 3 to 5 days with an average of 4.2 days. Condusion The treatment of renal cyst with ret-mpefitoneal lapamscopy and ultrasonic scalpel is invasive and characterized by rapid recovery and complete cure.
