摘　　要：目的 建立一种简便、快速的高效液相色谱法测定人体内血浆中的妥舒沙星浓度的方法。方法 采用VP—ODSC18（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），柱温40％，流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0．025％磷酸（pH=4．0）=6：17：77，流速为1．0mL／min，检测波长346nm。结果 妥舒沙星定量下限为13．77ng／mL，线性范围为13．77～7050ng／mL（r=0．9999），日内和日间RSD均低于10％。结论 该方法灵敏度高、快速、简便、无杂质干扰，适合于妥舒沙星的药动学以及生物等效性研究。Objective To establish a simple and rapid HPLC method for determination of tosufloxacin in human plasma. Methods Chromatographic column was VP - ODS C18 （ 150 nan × 4.6mm,5μm） and 40℃ of column temperature. The mobile phase consisted of methol - acetonitrile - 0. 025 % orthophosphoric acid （ 6 ： 17 ： 77 ） with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection was performed at UV 346 nm. Results The lower limit of qualification was 13.77 ng/mL. The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 13.77 - 7050 ng/mL（ r = 0. 999 9）. The intra - day and inter- day RSD were less than 10%. Conclusions The method is sensitive, rapid and suitable for the study of pharmacokinetics and bioequiavailability of tosufloxacin.
