摘 要:目的探讨持续气道正压通气(CPAP)模式机械通气治疗烧伤并发急性呼吸衰竭的效果。方法观察15例烧伤并发急性呼吸衰竭患者采用CPAP模式机械通气前后呼吸功能改善情况。结果采用CPAP模式机械通气后1小时、24小时及48小时患者血气分析中SaO2和PaO2较通气前明显升高,经统计学处理(P<0.01),差异有高度显著性意义。13例病人均顺利撤机。结论采用CPAP模式机械通气,符合呼吸生理过程,使病人能更舒适,并能减少人机对抗,同时能明显改善呼吸功能。Objective To investigate the effects of CPAP model mechanical ventilation in the treamaent of bumed patients with acute respiratory failure. Methods To observe the respiratory function improving degree after employing CPAP model mechanical ventilation in 15 cases of burned patients with acute respiratory failure . Results 1 h, 24 h and 48h after employing CPAP model mechanica ventilation, SaO2 and PaO2 of blood gas of these burned patients increased significantly, and the two indices showed a statistically significant difference, compared with those pre- CPAP model mechanical ventilation(P 〈 0. 019). 13cases survived successfully. Conclusion These results indicate that CPAP model mechanical ventilation fit in with respiratory physiologic course and could make the cases more comfortable and significantly improve respiratory function.
