摘  要:为研究D-半乳糖致衰老作用,对大鼠衰老过程中骨质变化的影响。采用D-半乳糖注射Wistar雄性大鼠5个月,建立衰老模型,对青年对照组、衰老模型组和正常老龄对照组的骨常规参数进行测定及比较。结果显示D-半乳糖致衰老组骨密度,骨结构力学参数,生物力学参数,骨钙、镁、锰及羟脯氨酸含量均比青年对照组有显著降低(P<0.01),而骨磷含量、骨和血清碱性磷酸转移酶均比青年对照组有显著升高(P<0.01),这些变化与正常老龄对照组的变化趋势一致,并比后者变化得更显著。表明长期大量摄入D-半乳糖导致大鼠衰老并会增加骨质疏松症发生的可能性。In order to study the effect of D-galactose on osseous changes and aging in rat, Wistar rats injected D-Galactose for 5 months were randomly divided into three groups: group A ( aging model ), group B ( youthful control ), and group C ( aging control ), the osseous routine parameters were measured and compared. The results showed that the BMP, structural power and biological power parameters of bone, bone calcium, manganese, magnesium and the content of hydroxyproline in Group A were significantly decreased, while the content of bone phosphorus, the activity of bone ALP and serum ALP were significantly raised both with significant difference compared with Group B (P<0.01), those changes of Group A were the same as development trend of Group C, suggesting that the high does of D-galactose can cause aging and osteoporsis.
