摘 要:研究了以氯乙酸和异丙醇为原料、锐钛晶型纳米TiO2粉体制备的固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2为催化剂合成氯乙酸异丙酯。考察了催化剂的用量、反应物物质的量比、反应时间和催化剂的重复使用等因素对收率的影响。实验结果表明,最适宜条件为:氯乙酸用量0.2 mol,催化剂用量1.50 g,n(氯乙酸)∶n(异丙醇)=1∶1.5,反应时间3 h,酯收率达96.3%。Synthesis of isopropyl chloroacetate were studied using chloroacetic acid and isopropanol as the reactants and SO4^2-/TiO2 solid super acid prepared by nanoparticle anatase titania powder as the catalyst. The influence of reaction condition on the yield of isopropyl chloroacetate was investigated, such as catalyst loading, molar ratio of chloracetic acid to isopropanol, reaction time and repeated use of the catalyst. The results showed that the optimum condition was as follows : chloracetic acid 0.2 mol, catalyst loading 1.50 g, molar ratio of chloracetic acid to isopropanol 1 : 1.5, reaction time 3 h. Isopropyl chloroacetate yield of about 96.3% was obtained under the optimum condition.
