摘　　要：介绍了锌碘食盐中锌的定性鉴定和定量测定的简单方法。这些方法简单、快速,其测定结果具有一定的参考意义。This paper introduces some methods of detection and determination of zinc in zinc - iodine salt. The visual ）colorimetry is simple and easy among them and the result from it has a certain value for reference.
