摘　　要：研究了用分光光度法测定水的总硬度的一种简易方法。利用置换反应将水中的钙定量地转换为镁,用变色酸2R作显色剂,在PH=10的氨性缓冲溶液中测定。此方法可用于测定清洁水的总硬度。In this paper, an easy and simple method of spectrophotometrie determination of the total hardness of water is described. Calcium in the water is to be quantificationally transformed into Magnesium by means of the replacement reaction. Chromotrope 2R is taken as the colour reagent, and the determination is carried out in the ammonia buffer solution ofPH 10. Therefore, this method can be applied into the determination of the total hardness of water.
