摘  要:以丙烯酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯为单体,采用乳液聚合法合成含氟树脂,用于提高涤纶染色织物的表观深度。改变各单体的配比制备一系列乳液,对其增深效果进行比较,并研究了含氟聚合物结构、树脂用量等条件对增深效果的影响。结果表明,使用含氟单体对丙烯酸树脂进行改性,具有一定的增深效果,可应用于细旦涤纶织物染色后的增深。The emulsion polymerization was used to prepare the fluorine-contained resin with butyl acrylate and methacrylic hexafluoro butyl ester as monomer, so as to improve the apparent shade depth of fine-denier dyed polyester fabric. With the different dosage of the monomer to copolymerize the emulsion,the deepening effects of these resins were compared, and the influence of the structure of fluorine-contained resin and dosage of the resin to the deepening effects were studied. The result indicates that using fluodne-contained monomer to modiry the acrylate resin had fantastic deepening effect after dyeing.
