摘  要:以环氧氯丙烷、五氧化二磷和二乙烯三胺为原料,合成一种性能稳定的亲水阻燃剂。以封端基水性聚氨酯为交联剂,使该阻燃剂在棉纤维上发生交联反应,使棉织物获得耐久的阻燃性能,且不含游离甲醛。研究结果表明,该阻燃剂针对棉织物的优化整理工艺为:阻燃剂200-250 g/L,交联剂50-60 g/L,催化剂(氯化镁)20 g/L,柔软剂30 g/L,整理液pH值5-7,160-170℃焙烘2 m in。Taking chloropropylene oxide, phosphoric anhydride, divinyl triamine as raw materials, the stable and hydrophilic flame retardant was synthesized. With the blocked waterborne polyurethane as crosslinker, the flame-retardant took crosslinking reaction with cotton fiber under definite condition, so the cotton fabrics with durable flame-retardancy could be acquired free of formaldehyde. As a result, the optimal finishing process of cotton fabric was as follows: flame retardant 200 -250 g/L, crosslinker 50 -60 g/L,catalyst( magnesium chloride)20 g/L,softener 30 g/L, pH value 5 -7,curing 2 min at 160 -170 ℃.
