摘  要:选用Lanaset系列染料对牛奶蛋白纤维进行染色,探讨了染色温度、pH值、助剂A lbegal SET和元明粉用量对上染百分率的影响。结果表明,牛奶蛋白纤维采用Lanaset染料染色,上染率高,提升性好,染色牢度高。染浅色最佳工艺为:A lbegal SET 0.5%-1%(owf),元明粉5%-10%(owf),醋酸钠1 g/L,pH值4.5,染色温度90℃,保温时间40 min;染中深色可适当降低pH值,提高A lbegal SET用量,延长保温时间。Casein protein fibers were dyed with Lanaset serial dyes, The influence of pH value in the bath, dyeing temperature, concentration of sodium sulfate and Albegal SET agent on uptake were investigated. The results showed that casein protein fiber could be dyed with Lanaset dyes to a high exhaustion with good colour fastness. The optimum dyeing process for a pale color could be chosen as AIbegal SET agent 0.5 % - 1%, sodium sulfate 5 % - 10 % and sodium acetate 1 g/L, pH value 4, 5, at 90℃ for 40 min. If medium and dark colors were dyed, lower pH value, greater concentration of Albegal SET agent and longer dyeing time should be chosen,
