滚筒式干燥器在硫铵干燥系统中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了立式沸腾干燥器和滚筒式干燥器的干燥原理,针对立式沸腾干燥器存在的能耗大、堵料严重、风室漏气等问题,设计了处理能力为3t/h～5t/h的滚筒式干燥器。该干燥器自投运后,系统运行稳定,节约能耗,硫铵水分最低0.03%,最高不到0.2%,达到国家优等品的标准。The working philosophy and structural features of barrel type drier were introduced. Barrel type drier with processing capacity of 3t/h-5t/h and the water content in ammonium sulfate below 0.3% was designed. Compared with the system of primary fluid flow dryer, this system has been working more steadily and the energy consumption has been reduced since the machine was on stream. Meanwhile, water content in ammonium sulfate was within the range of 0.03% and 0.2%, which reached the requirement of first-grade ammonium sulfate product.
