摘　　要：分析了网上交易中买方考虑的主要指标,建立了交易模型,提出了将卖方交易条件转换主要综合因素和次主要综合因素的算法。依据交易模型得到买方最优主要综合因素和次最优综合因素,根据最优综合因素逐步筛选出最可达成交易的卖方。通过实例说明可达成交易的卖方是综合因素最优的。The primary targets which are considered of purchaser is analyzed, and the trading model is found. The arithmetic that of seller＇s trading conditions be converted primary factors and secondary factors is put forward, the bargainor could be filtered gradually according as optimal integrated factors. It is illuminated that the bargainor who has optimal integrated factors could mostly trade with purchaser by the example.
