摘　　要：罚金刑是一种直接涉及经济利益的刑罚方法,它在预防和惩罚经济型、财产型犯罪方面有着自由刑和生命刑所无法替代的优越性。因此,应当调整罚金刑在我国现行刑法中的位置,将它从附加刑的地位上升到主刑的位置,并采取一定的保障措施使其在司法实践中发挥更大的作用。The fine penalty, which involves people＇ s economic interest directly, prevents and punishes the crime of economy and property and it has irreplaceable superiority. So we should manipulate the position of the fine penalty in the criminal law, we should promote it from the additional place to the chief place, and we should take measures to make sure that it will take a more powerful part in the enforcement of the administration of justice.
