摘　　要：目的:探讨雷公藤内酯醇对HL60细胞体外抗癌作用及其机制。方法:选用HL60细胞株,运用细胞培养、MTT法、流式细胞仪研究不同浓度雷公藤内酯醇对其增殖及细胞DNA含量分布的影响。结果:雷公藤内酯醇对HL60细胞具有明显的增殖抑制作用,呈时间与剂量依赖性,且细胞周期被阻滞于G1／S期,具有上调细胞G1／S检测点的能力。结论:雷公藤内酯醇有明确的抗白血病细胞增殖的能力,能干扰HL60细胞G1／S检测点的转换。Objective：To study the effects of Triptolide on Proliferation of HL60 cells in vitro and the mechanism. Method：This study was performed on cultured HL60 cells by using cell culture, MTT and flowcytometry. Result：The results showed the Triptolide inhibited proliferation of HL60 lines in a dose-and time-dependent way, was able to regulate the G1/S transmit checkpoint. Conclusion： It was suggested that Triptolide possesses potent of anti-leukemic cell proliferation and was able to regulate the G1/S transmit checkpoint of HL60 cells.
