摘  要:应用Matlab程序,对钻石内部和边界采用不同的差分迭代格式,计算模拟了其中的热传导过程。数值计算结果,所用方法与PDE工具箱的计算精度相当,但计算时间明显缩短。同时讨论了辐照时间、吸收剂量率、环境温度等因素对于钻石内部温度分布的影响,这对于钻石的辐照工艺具有重要意义。Energy can be transferred to atoms in crystal irradiation. And it will be released in the limited area of lattice when diamond is colored via electron beam medium in the form of heat, which diffuses in accordance with the classical principle of heat transfer. This paper presents numerical simulation concerning heat transfer in diamond using Matlab. Different iteration methods were applied to the inner part and the boundary of the object. Results showed that this method could obtain the same accuracy as PDE tool box while required less computational time. The influence of irradiation time, absorbed dose rate, and ambient temperature on heat transfer has been researched.
