摘　　要：介绍了WebServices的相关知识,主要分析了构成WebServices协议栈的各层协议。然后在成人高等教育管理信息系统(以下简称成教管理信息系统)需求分析的基础上,指出传统的C/S结构在开发成教管理信息系统中的不足,并结合WebServices分布式技术,构建了基于WebServices的成教管理信息系统的有效设计与实现方案。The concepts of web services are introduced including the specifications and standards about web services. Then the disadvantage of system structure based on traditional client/server is analyzed. Finally, after the requirements analysis of MIS for adult high education have been done. The design and realization of the MIS for adult high education is brought forward based on technology of web services.
