摘  要:于2003年12月购买当年繁殖的中华鳖稚鳖(28.42-49.50 g),投喂中华鳖稚鳖配合饲料,在饱食状态下进行摄食-生长试验(试验周期为56 d),试验设25℃、28℃和31℃3个温度处理,研究了温度对中华鳖稚鳖生长率和氮收支的影响。方差分析表明,温度对其最大摄食率、特定生长率和饲料转化效率均有显著影响(P<0.01),它们均有随温度的升高而增加的趋势,31℃时湿重、干物质和蛋白质的特定生长率(SGRw,0.88%、SGRd,1.03%和SGRp,1.21%)和湿重及蛋白质的转化效率(Kw,18.99和Kp,16.81)均为最大值。方差分析表明,温度对氮收支各组分的平均值均存在显著影响(P<0.01),它们均随温度的增加而增加,31℃时摄入氮、生长氮、粪便氮和氮排泄分别为10.84 mg/(g.d)、1.77 mg/(g.d)0、.77 mg/(g.d)和8.31 mg/(g.d),偏相关分析表明,温度对中华鳖稚鳖氮生长效率和氮排泄量的影响机制并非通过温度对最大摄食率的影响而发生作用,其作用机制很可能是温度-代谢-氮生长效率(氮排泄量)。31℃时的氮收支方程可以表述为:100CN=16.81GN+7.18FN+76.01UN,式中CN、GN、FN、UN分别表示摄入氮、生长氮、粪便氮和排泄氮。The growth trial was conducted at water temperature of 25 ℃, 28 ℃ and 31 ℃ to investigate the effect of temperature on growth, maximum food consumption, food conversion coefficient and nitrogen budget in Trionxy sinensis. The initial body weights of the baby Trionxy sinensis were 28. 42-49. 50 g. Trionxy sinensis were fed commercial soft-shelled turtle diet to satiation twice a day. The results showed that Specific growth rate, maximum food consumption, food conversion efficiency and average of all part of nitrogen budget w.ere significantly affected by temperature (P〈0. 05),and increased with increasing temperature. K for wet weight and protein at 31 ℃ are the highest, which are 18. 99% and 16.81% respectively. Nitrogen intake, growth nitrogen, faces nitrogen and nitrogen excretion are 10. 84, 1.77,0. 77 and 8. 31 mg/(g · d) respectively. Partial correlations analysis shows that dynamic for effect of temperature on nitrogen budget is temperature-metabolism-nitrogen growth. Nitrogen budget at 31 ℃ could be expressed as the equation below: 100CN=16. 81GN + 7. 18FN +76. 01UN. Where CN, GN, Fy and UN is nitrogen intake, growth in nitrogen , excretion nitrogen from and nitrogen excreted via urea.
