摘 要:针对软锰矿浆烟气脱硫吸收液电解锰过程中产生的阳极废液不能回用的问题,本课题研究了以电解锰的阳极废液为原料,经过除杂,碳化结晶,并除去钙盐,钠盐和硫酸根,生产高纯度碳酸锰的工艺,并研究了影响杂质含量的诸因素,如温度、加料方式,并进行了探索,最终优选出同时加料法,使产品中钙、钠及硫酸根含量达到HG/T 2836-1997合格品标准,而且易于操作,成本低。总之,以电解锰的阳极液为原料,生产高纯碳酸锰在技术上是可行的,工艺上是合理的,经济效益是可观的。从而为高纯度碳酸锰的制备开辟了一条新的途径。As to the problem that the electrolytic manganese anode solution produced from the absorption solution of wet flue gas desulfurization with pyrolusite pulp can't be recycled, we think this topic is on Obtaining high-purity manganese carbonate form the electrolytic manganese anode solution through removing the impuritity, carbonization crystallizing, removing calcium, natrium, and sulphate. The factors are searched on influencing concentration of the impurities, such as temperature, feeding modes and so on, and eventually optimize method was coincidental-addation feeding, which can make the components of calcium, natrium and sulphate in products meet the standards of HG/T2836 - 1997 Grade. Operation is easy and product cost is low. In a word, with anode solution as raw material, production of high-purity manganese carbonate is feasible in technicality ,reasonable in process and considerable in economic benefit. So that a new way to produce high-purity manganese carbonate is opened up.
