摘　　要：工作流是近年来引起许多研究者、开发人员和用户注意的一类软件和系统技术,是企业管理的主要研究内容之一,为企业更好的实现经营目标提供了先进的。本文对工作流技术和工作流管理系统的相关概念、术语进行了介绍;简要说明了当前工作流技术的研究内容,给出了工作流管理系统的几种分类方法,并对工作流管理系统标准进行了简要介绍。Workflow has arisen great interests, and many researchers, system developers and users have pay more attentions to this kind of software and technologies. It is one of the key methods that have been researched and used in enterprise management. This paper describes the concept of workflow technologies and workflow management systems, and explains some related terms in this literature. The research problems, the category of workflow management systems and the standard of workflow management systems have also been represented.
