摘　　要：从湖北省社会经济可持续发展的需要出发,对湖北省土地利用进行综合分区.以湖北省近5年来及未来5年预测数据为基础,建立土地、社会、经济、环境4大指标系统,利用专家打分法确定不同类型区不同指标因子的权重,在已确定的4个一级分区内进行系统动态聚类分析,通过动态调整参数,得到湖北省土地利用综合分区结果.该分区结果将湖北省土地利用分为武汉(鄂东)都市圈协调发展区、鄂中南农业生态协调发展区、鄂西南绿色经济协调发展区、鄂西北林业生态协调发展区4个一级区和都市核心区,鄂中平原区、鄂东平原区、鄂中北平原区、鄂东南山区、鄂东北山地区、鄂中南平原区、鄂中丘陵区、鄂西三峡山区、鄂西南山区、神农架自然保护区、鄂北岗地区、鄂西北山区,鄂西北低山丘陵区等14个二级分区.This paper makes a comprehensive regionalization of Hubei land use to serve the sustainable development of Hubei social economy. Based on the date of recent five years and the estimate date of the following five years are combined to constitute the principle of zoning, which the sustainable development of Hubei social economy is a primary factor. The zoning cells are classified into three categories： plain, hillock and mountainous zone, the index system of land, society, economy and environment are constituted, EST （Expert Making Method） are utilized to confirm the weight of different index of different categories. Dynamic clustering analysis is used in the 4 first zones which have already been affirmed and the result of comprehensive regionalization of Hubei land use is confirmed by adjusting parameters. The land use of Hubei is classified in 4 first zones （city corresponding developing zone of east Hubei, agriculture-environment corresponding developing zone of central south of Hubei, green-economy corresponding developing zone of south-west of Hubei, forest -environment corresponding developing zone of north-west of Hubei） and 14 （city core zone, plain zone of central of Hubei, plain zone of east Hubei, plain zone of central-north of Hubei, mountainous zone of south-east of Hubei, mountainous zone of north-east of Hubei, plain zone of centralsouth of Hubei, hillock zone of central of Hubei, mountainous zone of west Hubei Shanxia, mountainous zone of south-west of Hubei, Shennongjia nature reserve, hillock zone of north Hubei, mountainous zone of north-west of Hubei, hillock zone of northwest of Hubei） sub-zones.
