摘 要:随着市场经济的发展,旅游业中出现了许多不诚信经营的行为,如旅游市场的无序竞争、售假欺客,旅游企业的违规经营、诱导游客等现象,严重阻碍了旅游业的可持续发展.从诚信的含义出发,阐述了旅游业中诚信缺失的表现及主客观原因,并从旅游可持续发展内涵的3个方面即旅游资源可持续发展、旅游经济可持续发展、旅游社会可持续发展,阐释了诚信与旅游可持续发展的关系,最后提出了建立诚信体系、规范旅游企业的经营行为、培养旅游者成熟的消费心理和消费行为、加强诚信教育等实施诚信旅游战略的可行性措施.With the development of market economy, many unhonest behaviors in the tourism industry have emerged, such as out-of-order competes in the tourist market, selling counterfeits and bullying visitors, tour enterprise manage in disregard of the relevant rules and regulations, abducting visitors, which seriously hamper the sustainable tourism development. Beginning with the definition of trustworthiness, the paper tells about some details of lack of trustworthiness in tourism and analyzes its subjective and objective reasons. From three connotations, which are tourism resource sustainable development, tourism economy sustainable development and tourism society sustainable development, the paper points out the relationship between trustworthiness and sustainable tourism development and finally gives some practical measures to implement the sustainable development strategy, such as build tourism trustworthiness system, standard tour enterprises managing behaviors, train tourists mature consumption mentality and consume behavior, reinforce trustworthiness education, etc.
