产科超声筛选及高危胎儿畸形的诊断

摘　　要：目的初步探讨超声检查在产前筛选及诊断中的作用和意义。方法回顾分析7469个胎儿畸形筛选及972个高危胎儿超声的结果。结果7469例超声筛选发现各类异常158例(占2.12%)。972个高危胎儿超声结果发现各类异常460例(占47.33%)。结论通过超声检查可达到对胎儿结构或其他异常初步筛选以及进一步诊断的目的,是产前筛选及诊断的重要方法。Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound in the screening and diagnosis of fetal malformations. Methods The outcome of 7469 ultrasound screened fetuses and 972 ultrasound diagnosed fetuses in high-risk were analyzed retrospectively. Results Totally 158 （2.12%） cases were abnormal on ultrasound in 7469 screened fetuses, and 460（47.33%） cases were abnormal in 972 fetuses in high-risk. Conclusion Ultrasound plays an important role in screening and diagnosing fetal malformations.
