摘　　要：目的建立清咽含片中木犀草苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Phenomenex lunaC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸(梯度洗脱);流速:1mL.min-1;检测波长:350nm;柱温:25℃。结果木犀草苷在0.0771μg～0.7712μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996;平均回收率为101.35%,RSD=1.58%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可为木犀草苷在复方制剂中的含量测定提供依据。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of galuteolin in Qingyan buccal tablets. Methods A Phenomenex luna C18 column served as stationary phase and the mobile phase was acetonitrile - 0.5 % glacial acetic acid, gradient elution with the flow rate of 1 mL · min^-1 . The column temperature was 25℃ and detection wavelength was 350 nm. Results A good linearity of galuteolin was in the range of 0. 077 12 μg - 0.771 2 μg and r = 0. 999 6. The average recovery of galuteolin was 101.35 % and RSD = 1.58 %. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive, accurate, and will provide evidence for the determination of galuteolin in compound preparations.
