摘　　要：目的:研究二氢石蒜碱(Dihydrocorine)对脑缺血及再灌注损伤电活动的影响。方法:采用pulsinelli四血管闭塞法和离体海马脑薄片法分别记录脑皮层电图(ECoG)和群峰电位(PS)结果:二氢石蒜碱对缺血复灌ECoG和缺血后期的PS的抑制的有改善作用,并使复灌PS恢复程度显著增高。结论:二氢石蒜碱对脑缺血及再灌注损伤有保护作用。To study the effects of dihydrolycorine on the electric activities and its protection during brain ischemia and reperfusion. Methods： ECoG by extradura sliver electrode on the Pulsinelli 4-vessel occlusion model and population spikes amplitude（ PS ）of the pyramidal cell body layer in the CA1 area of hippooampal slices in vitro were recorded respectively. Results ：The amplitude of PS in the DL groups was decreased slowly compared with the control group during ischemia and ECoG and PS was recovered better after reperfusion too. Conclusion ：DL has significant protection from the injury of brain ischemia and reperfusion .
