摘  要:目的:研究僵蚕抗凝成分(ACIBB)对大鼠实验性静脉血栓形成的影响。方法:采用结扎大鼠腹主静脉造成静脉血栓模型,观察ACIBB对纤溶、凝血系统的影响。结果:ACIBB可明显抑制大鼠实验性静脉血栓的形成,抑制纤维蛋白原含量(Fbg)、纤溶酶原含量(Plg),增强tPA与AT-Ⅲ的活性,抑制PAI活性,并明显延长激活部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)。结论:ACIBB通过降低内、外源凝血系统因子的活性,增加纤溶系统活性,进而防止血栓的形成。Objective: To investigate the effect of anticoagulant components in bombys batryticatus (ACIBB) on venous thrombosis in rabbits. Methods : The effects of ACIBB in different doses were investigated in the venous thrombus models by ligated the abdomial vena of rabbits. Results: The ACIBB could inhibit experimental venous thrombosis in rabbits, decrease the content of fibrinogen (Fbg)and plasminogen (PLg) ,so that increase the activity of tissue-tye plasminogen activater (tPA) and antithrombin Ⅲ (AT- Ⅲ), inhibit the activity of plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI). Meanwhile, the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT) and throbmin time (TT) were prolonged obviously. All results held significant meaning than experimental controlling group. Conclusions: ACIBB increases the activity of fibinolytic system through decreased the activity of blood coagulating factors, so that inhibits thrombosis.
