银可醇软胶囊对四氯化碳及D-氨基半乳糖致急性肝损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的研究银可醇软胶囊对四氯化碳及D-氨基半乳糖所致急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:采用0.5%四氯化碳的橄榄油(10ml/kg)、D-氨基半乳糖(D-Gal,800mg/kg)分别ip造成小鼠和大鼠急性肝损伤模型,ig不同剂量的银可醇软胶囊,测定血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)的活性,观察肝组织的病理改变。结果:银可醇软胶囊能明显降低CCL4及D-Gal引起的鼠血清ALT和AST升高,减轻肝组织损伤程度。结论:银可醇软胶囊对肝损伤有明显的保护作用。Objective ：To study the protective effect of Yinkechun soft capsules on acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride and D-galactosamine. Methods ：The acute liver injury modal induced by 0.5 % CCl4 in dive oil（ 10 ml/kg）or D-galactosamine（800 mg/kg）ip was established in mice or rats. Yinkechun 10,40 and 160 mg/kg was administered ig. To study the protective effect for different doses of Yinkechun, ALT and AST in serum were analysized, and liver injury was oberserved by pathdoyical examination. Results ： Yinkechun can reduce significantly the increase of ALT and AST in sermn and liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride and D-galactosamine. Conclusion ： Yinkechun soft capsules has a powerful protective effect on acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride and D-galactosamine.
