大泡通乙醇提取物镇痛抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨大泡通乙醇提取物的镇痛、抗炎作用。方法:用小鼠热板法观察其镇痛作用;以小鼠耳肿法及大鼠足肿胀法观察其抗炎作用。结果:大泡通乙醇提取物能显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀及角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀,提高热板法小鼠痛阈值。结论:大泡通乙醇提取物具有明显镇痛、抗炎作用。Objective： To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Dapaotong＇s alcohol-extractive（DAE）. Menthods： The hot-plate test , ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene and swelling of rat paw induced by carrageenin were used to study the analges and anti-inflammatory effects . Result： DAE could inhibit the mouse ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene, inhibit the rat foot swelling induced by carrageenin, and increase the mice pain threshold induced by hot plate. Conclusion： DAE has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
