乌骨鸡正己烷提取物补血作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨乌骨鸡正己烷提取物的补血作用。方法:口服预防给药后,用放血法制作小鼠失血性血虚证模型,乙酰苯肼和环磷酰胺联用制作小鼠化学性血虚证模型,观察给药对血虚小鼠外周血象、体温、体力、胸腺指数等指标的影响。结果:乌骨鸡正己烷提取物能升高失血性血虚模型小鼠的WBC、RBC、HB水平;升高化学性血虚模型小鼠的体温,增强体力,提高胸腺指数、WBC、RBC,HGB。结论:乌骨鸡正己烷提取物可升高血虚小鼠红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白等水平,有补血作用。Objective： To investigate the effects of hexane extract from Black-bone silky fowl on hematopoiesis. Methods： Applying the Xue-deficient model mice induced by injecting cyclophosphamide-hydracetin and losing blood as experimental. The peripheral bemogram, body temperature, physical strength and thymus index were measured after given the hcxane extract . Results： The hexane extract from Black-bone silky fowl can obviously increase the level of WBC,RBC and Hb of both cyclophosphamide-hydracetin and blood losing model, raise the body temperature, physical strength and thymus index of blood losing model. Conclusion： The hexane extract from Black-bone silky fowl has good effects on Xue-supplement.
