抗癫痫复方对遗传性震颤大鼠癫痫小发作的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察复方中药(天麻、蜈蚣、僵蚕、制南星)水煎剂对震颤大鼠癫痫小发作的影响。方法:震颤大鼠脑海马和皮质慢性安插电极,连续记录灌胃给药前及给药不同时间后的脑电图。结果:抗癫痫复方能明显抑制震颤大鼠平均每次癫痫小发作的持续时间和总发作时间。结论:抗癫痫复方具有明显的对抗震颤大鼠癫痫小发作的作用,给药后60min的作用最强。Objective：To study the effects of the traditional Chinese medicinal compound composed of Rhizoma Gastrodiae, Scolopen-dra,Bombyx Batryticatus and Arisacma Consanguineum on absence-like seizures in rats with tremor. Methods：The electrodes were implanted in cortical and hippocampus of rats. The electroencephalograms （EEG） before and after administration of traditional Chinese medicinal compound were continuously recorded. Results：The duration of each absence-like seizure was significantly reduced from 100% to（ 88.7 ± 3.0）% , （64.3 ± 7.0） % , （73.2 ± 2.8 ） % , （ 80.2 ± 4.2） % and （ 85.0 ± 3.1 ） % （ P 〈 0.01 ） , at 30min, 60min, 90min, 120min, 180min after administration and the total duration was reduced from 100% to（91.6 ±3.4）% ,（62.8 ±6.6）% , （74.3 ±7.7） %, （82.2 ±6.8） % and （87.0 ± 4.9） % （P 〈 0.01 ）, at 30min, 60min, 90min, 120min, 180min after stopping administration of the traditional Chinese medicinal compound. Concluslon：The traditional Chinese medicinal compound is effective against absence-like seizures on tremor rats . The pharmacodynamics at 60 rain after administration is the most significant.
