摘　　要：文章分析了西部少数民族地区数字鸿沟产生的原因和信息需求现状,指出西部少数民族地区跨越数字鸿沟的必要性,并对西部少数民族地区面对数字鸿沟进行信息服务时须遵循的原则、采取的措施和方法进行了阐述。This paper analyzes the reason of digital gap between western minority areas and other nationalities as well as its information demand status. It points out the necessity of getting over the gap for western minority areas and some principles and methods they should follow.
