摘 要:通过高温热模拟压缩试验和微观组织研究,探索了热变形参数对BT22钛合金内部显微组织的影响。结果表明:BT22钛合金组织对温度敏感,锻造建议在780℃进行,严格控制温升(尤其是终锻温度)。在两相区锻造时,随变形速率的增加,α相尺寸减小。在60%~70%之间存在着晶粒明显细化的临界变形量,这一临界变形量是锻造时必须控制的最小变形量。The effects of deformation parameters (including deformation temperature, strain rate and strain) on the microstructure of the BT22 titanium alloy were investigated through isothermal compression experiments and metallographic tests. Its microstructure is sensitive to the forging temperature, which should be precisely controlled (particularly the final temperature). Our suggestion is that forging is done at 780℃. With increasing of strain rate, grain size decreases in two-phase region. The strain threshold (60%-70%) makes a phase size refined and is the smallest forging strain.
