摘 要:对卡伯值分光光度直接测定法进行了改进和简化。采用以已知卡伯值的标准浆样为基准的一点法进行校正,对3组纸浆的卡伯值进行了测定,并与TAPPI标准方法的测定结果进行了比较和评价。研究结果表明,本方法具有简单、合理、快速、准确以及成本低等优点,可在工业生产中应用。A rapid test method for kappa number has been in an urgent need in the pulp and paper industry. In this paper, the direct spectroscopic kappa number testing method developed previously is simplified and improved. By using this rapid testing method standard sample with known kappa number is used as a reference in the one-point calibration. The kappa numbers of three sets of kraft pulp including bamboo, eucalyptus and aspen, were tested in the same conditions. The results showed a good agreement of the data between the present method and TAPPI method. The present method is simple, rapid, accurate and low cost for pulp kappa number testing, so it has great potential for the industrial application in pulp mills.
