摘 要:对我国现有的尾巨桉的纤维形态、化学组成进行了分析,并对尾巨桉硫酸盐法制浆、漂白及其抄纸性能进行了研究。通过正交实验分析得出,尾巨桉KP-AQ制浆较佳的蒸煮工艺条件为:用碱量15%-17%,硫化度20%-22%;升温时间100-110m in,保温时间90-110m in,最高蒸煮温度165-170℃;蒽醌用量0.1%,液比1∶5.5。采用D1EpD2短程序漂白,尾巨桉KP-AQ浆的最终白度达到89.5%,黏度比漂前下降91.0 mL/g。打浆度在46.0°SR左右时,尾巨桉KP-AQ浆各项物理性能指标较好,抗张指数79.5N.m/g,撕裂指数21.90mN.m2/g,耐折度709次,紧度0.55g/cm3。The fiber morphology and chemical components of E. urophylla × grandis were analyzed, as well as its pulping, bleaching and papermaking performances. The results obtained through orthogonal experiments showed that the best cooking conditions are: dosage of alkali 15% - 17%, sulfidity 20% - 22%, dosage of antraquinon 0.1%, time to maximum temperature 100 - 110min, retention time at maximum temperature 90 - 110 min, maximum temperature 165 - 170℃, liquor to wood ratio 5.5: 1. The brightness of the pulp reaches 89. 5% when D1EpD2 bleaching sequence is adopted, and the viscosity decreases from 1096 mL/g to 905 mL/g by 91.0mL/g. The paper properties are quite good, tensile index is 79. 5N·m/g, tear index is 21.90mN·m^2/g, folding endurance is 709 times, density is 0. 55g/cm^3 when the beating degree is around 46°SR.
