对娱乐场所服务小姐生殖道感染的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解娱乐场所服务小姐性传播疾病感染情况。方法用聚合酶链反应(PCR)法和湿片镜检法,对407例娱乐场所服务小姐的宫颈和阴道分泌物标本进行检测。结果407份标本经实验室检测,沙眼衣原体(CT)和淋球菌(NG)阳性率分别为33.9%(138/407)和24.6%(100/407),其中二者合并感染为13%(53/407)。259例(63.3%)就诊者至少患有一种生殖道感染,其中只有1种感染的有128例(49.4%,128/259),其他为2种或以上的感染。单纯阴道感染为16.7%(68/407),单纯宫颈感染为14.7%(60/407),宫颈感染合并阴道感染为20.9%(85/407)。滴虫合并CT/NG感染占滴虫感染总人数的53.8%(14/26);细菌性阴道病(BV)合并CT/NG感染占BV总人数的52.7%(68/129);念珠菌合并CT/NG感染占念珠菌病总人数的34.5%(10/29)。结论性服务小姐的性病感染率很高,多种病原体的合并感染常见。应加强对这一人群的医疗和行为学干预。Objective To understand the incidence of reproductive tract infections （RTIs） among female sex workers （FSWs） in entertainment establishments. Methods Pathogens of RTls were detected by polymerase chain reaction and wet mount preparation with cervical and vaginal specimens taken from 407 FSWs. Results It was found that the incidences of Chlanmydia trachomatis（CT） and Neisseria gonor- rhoeae （NG） were 3.9% （ 138/407 ） and 24.6% （ 100/407 ） , respectively. Mixed infection of both pathogens was detected in 13% （ 53/ 407 ）of FSWs. Sixty -four percent （259/407）of FSWs had at least one kind of RTLs , with one infection of 128 （49.4%, 128/259 ）, and two or more infections of 131 FSWs. Vaginal infections accounted for 16.7% （68/407） , while cervical infections accounted for 14. 7% （60/407）, and both vaginal and vaginal infections,20. 9% （85/407）, of all FSWs. Mixed infections of both trichomoniasis and CT/NG accounted for 53. 8% （14/26） of all patients with trichomoniasis ; both bacterial vaginosis （BV）and CT/NG,52.7% （68/129） ,of all patients with BV;and both candidiasis and CT/NG,34. 5% （ 10/29 ）, of all patients with candidiasis . Conclusions There is a high incidence of RTIs in female sex workers, and mixed infections are also common, Strengthened medical as well as behavioral interventions are needed for this population.
