经济发展与就业增长辩证关系的实证分析——以天津市为例

摘　　要：经济发展能够创造更多的就业机会,促进就业增长。然而近年来天津市经济高速增长,失业率却不断上升。究其原因,主要是由于经济结构和产业结构的调整。研究中以天津市经济统计资料为依托,运用就业弹性理论,对“九五”以来天津市经济发展与劳动力就业变动状况进行了分析,并在预测天津市未来就业变化趋势的基础上,提出了提高就业率的相关对策。Economic development can create more employment opportunities and promote employment growth. Recently, while the economy has been rising rapidly in Tianjin, the unemployment rate, however, is showing upward trend. According to the author, these problems are mainly due to the regulating and adjusting of the economical structure and industrial structure. In light of economy statistics of Tianjin and make use of employment elasticity theories, then by an analysis on economy growth and changing status of labor employment of Tianjin ＂95＂ period, also base onpredicting the employment changing trend of Tianjin in the future, the author proposed relevant politicis for raising the employment rate.
