摘　　要：研究了一种用于聚氨酯发泡塑料的涂装工艺.该工艺采用一些特殊的涂料组合和涂装加工方法,可以将涂层与发泡塑料的附着力提高到1级,并能极大地减少油斑、起泡、针孔等缺陷,从而保证了工业生产中表面涂层的质量。该工艺在普通涂装成本的前提下实现了聚氨酯发泡塑料的工业涂装。A process of painting on polyurethane foam was studied. The coating adhered well to the foam by using this process with special paints and techniques, and the binding power increased to grade 1. The bugs such as oil spot, bubble and pinhole were reduced. So, the quality of the coating was guaranteed. By using this process, industrialization of painting on polyurethane foam was radically achieved with traditional painting cost.
