摘 要:为研究输油管线清管扫线时,油气旋流分离器的工作状况,建立油气旋流分离器模型,试验了进口气速、气量、环境温度、柴油含量(油气比)、雾化油滴直径对分离效率的影响以及汽油的动蒸发现象.试验表明,进口气体流速和气量越大,进口油雾直径越小,温度越高,分离效果就越差;分离器入口气速越大,温度越高,动蒸发量也随之增加.In this paper, the performance of the model for oil and gas cyclone separator, used in the system of emptying petroleum pipeline with compressed air, is studied particularly. Based on the performance test with different inlet gas rate, flowrate, temperature, deseil oil ratio and oil diameter, the influence of them on the separating efficiency is clear. And gasoline dynamic evaporation are carried out. All indicate that with the increase of inlet gas rate and flowrate, the decrease of oil diameter and the higher the temperature, the separaing efficiency is declined. Besides with the increase of inlet gas rate and the higher the temperature, the dynamic evaporation is increased.
