摘　　要：串联盘式管道连续输送机是一种新型的散料输送设备。它解决了粉体机械输送中重质粉料远距离输送的难题。串联盘式管道连续输送机与螺旋给料机组成的闭环控制系统,通过对给料电动机速度的调节,达到串联盘管道输送机的驱动电机在输送不同物料的情况下(或相同物料不同物理特性情况下)能在额定负载、额定转速下运行。Tandem plate pipe conveyor is a new type of equipment for convey- ing loose material, which could solve the problem of long-distance conveyance for the heavy-mass powder material with powder ma- chinery conveyance. The closed-loop control system consist of tandem plate pipe conveyor and helix feeder could realize the running of driving motor of tandem plate pipe conveyor at rated velocity with rated load while conveying different material or same material but with different physical characteristic.【 Descriptors】 Tandem plate pipe conveyor Helix feeder Material flux
