木材用聚氨酯胶黏剂的研究进展

摘　　要：聚氨酯胶黏剂由于具有无甲醛,施胶量少,胶接强度高等众多优点,使其在木材工业中的使用量逐步增加。但由于价格因素,聚氨酯胶黏剂在木材用胶黏剂中所占的比例仍然较小。研究聚氨酯胶黏剂与木材的胶接机理是从原理入手,掌握聚氨酯胶黏剂的胶接特点,用最少的原料来达到最好的胶接效果,以希望降低使用价格,扩大应用范围。简述聚氨酯胶黏剂的优点,开发和改性研究的基本思路,重点综述了国内外聚氨酯胶黏剂与木材胶接机理的研究进展。The consumption of polyurethane adhesives in wood industry is increasing gradually for its advantages, such as formaldehyde free, less adhesive spread, high bonding strength and etc. But due to the price of polyurethane adhesives, its percentage of wood adhesives is still small. Study on bonding mechanism of polyurethane adhesive and wood is a way to understand the bonding characteristic of polyurethane adhesive and to make the optimal bonding strength with least consumption Of raw material, further more, to decrease the cost and to extend the application. The advantages, development and modification of polyurethane are introduced. The progress in study on bonding mechanism of polyurethane and wood in and abroad is detailed.
