癫痫认知障碍的中医病因病机探析

摘　　要：文章对癫痫认知障碍从中医的病因病机进行了深入剖析,认为癫痫认知障碍属于中医的“健忘”、“痴呆”范畴。并从癫痫健忘与脑、与心、与肾、与肝、与痰浊瘀血之间的关系进行了论述。表明癫痫认知障碍与上述脏腑密切相关。并认为癫痫本身和抗癫痫西药是引起认知损害的主要原因。中医从整体出发,全面调节,在较好控制癫痫发作的同时,能有效改善患者的认知障碍。The paper deeply analyzed etiological factor and pathogenesis of cognitive handicap of epilepsy, the cognitive handicap of epilepsy belonged to the range of ＂forgetfulness, stupid＂. From the relationship among epilepsy and brain, heart, kidney, liver, phlegm and stagnant blood, it also displayed that epilepsy had a intimate relationship with above entrails. Epilepsy itself and anti - epileptic western medicine were thought as main factors to cause cognitive impairment. TCM, with entire thinking and overall adjusting, could improve cognitive handicap while controlling epileptic attack effectively.
