摘  要:目的:观察艾灸对实验性RA家兔滑膜细胞MAPK信号通路的影响,揭示艾灸治疗实验性RA的分子信号机制。方法:运用基因芯片及生物信息分析技术检测分析MAPK信号通路中96种相关信号分子的表达。结果:造模组与正常对照组相比较,MAPK通路异常激活,Cyclin A1、p38 MAPK、ERK1、JNK1、N-ras等相关信号分子表达上调;艾灸组与造模组相比较,MAPK通路中异常激活的Cyclin A1、p38 MAPK、ERK1、JNK1、N-ras等相关信号分子的表达明显下调。结论:艾灸对实验性RA滑膜细胞MAPKs信号通路的异常激活有明显抑制作用。Objective: Observe the influence of MAPK pathway's signal transduction in RA synovial cell of experimental rabbits by moxibustion, and reveal the molecular signal mechanism of experimental RA by moxibustion. Methods : Apply gene chip inspection and bioinformation analytical technique to detect the 96 sorts of signal molecule of MAPK pathway. Results: Comparing model group with normal group, MAPK pathway has been activated abnormally,and as a result, the expression of signal molecule such as Cyclin A1 ,p38 MAPK,ERK1 ,JNK1 ,N - ras has been up - regulated; comparing moxibustion group with model group, the expression of signal molecule such as Cyclin A1 ,p38 MAPK,ERK1 ,JNK1, N - ras has been down - regulated after therapy. Conclusion : Moxibustion plays a very important roll of transparent inhibition in abnormal activation of MAPK pathway's signal transduction in RA synovial cell of experimental rabbits.
