益肾康对早期糖尿病肾病大鼠白细胞介素-6等的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟中药复方益肾康对糖尿病大鼠早期肾病血糖、尿微量白蛋白、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响,探讨其作用机理。方法:采用链脲佐菌素53mg/kg一次性腹腔注射建立糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,设立中药治疗组、西药治疗组、模型对照组、正常对照组。观察指标为血糖、尿微量白蛋白、血清IL-6。结果:血糖:中药治疗组治疗后血糖有所下降,西药治疗组和模型对照组疗后血糖较疗前明显升高;尿微量白蛋白、血清IL-6:中药治疗组和西药治疗组较模型对照组显著降低,中药治疗组显著低于西药治疗组,模型对照组显著升高;正常对照组无明显变化。结论:该复方通过控制血糖、降低尿微量白蛋白、降低血清IL-6水平等作用而具有保护肾脏,防治早期糖尿病肾病作用,且疗效优于西药对照组。Objective： To observe the effects of the complex prescription,Yishenkang, on blood glucose, microdosis albumin in urine, interleukin- 6（ IL- 6）in blood serum of rats with diabetes,and approach the mechanism. Methods： The models are induced by streptozocin（STZ） in rats with 53mg/kg I, P. Then divided the normal group. The indexes of observation are blood glucose, microdosis albumin in urine, IL - 6 in blood serum of all rats. Results ： Blood glucose of Yishenkang group decreased sliglldy, while both ramipril group＇s and model group＇s increased notably. The levels of microdosis albumin in urine and IL -6 of blood serum in both Chinese herbal and ramipril group are obviously lower than model group＇s. Chinese herbal group＇s is lower than ramipril group＇s. The highest is model group＇s. Normal group had an unobvious change. Conclusion： Yishenkang can not only prevent earlier diabetic nephropathy in rats by decreasing the levels of blood glucose,microdosis in urine and IL-6 in blood serum,but also surpass ramipril group.
