房颤大鼠血清MMP-9的水平及定心胶囊干预作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨大鼠房颤后血清MMP-9的水平改变及定心汤对其调节作用。方法:采用健康雄性Wist-ar大鼠。首先建立慢性房颤的动物模型。将造模成功的大鼠设模型组、正常对照组、西药对照组和定心胶囊治疗组。用药4周后,观察定心胶囊中药组和西药维拉帕米对房颤大鼠血清中MMP-9的影响。结果:①大鼠房颤模型组与正常对照组比较,血清中MMP-9的含量明显增加(P<0.05)。②定心胶囊治疗组和维拉帕米对照组与模型组比较,可以明显地降低血清中MMP-9的含量(P<0.05)。③定心胶囊治疗组与维拉帕米对照组对房颤大鼠血清中MMP-9的改善程度相比前者优于后者(P<0.05),有统计学意义。④同时模型组与正常组比较,心肌细胞超微结构有严重损伤,说明房颤大鼠的模型基本建立成功,治疗组对心肌细胞超微结构改善明显,其中以中药组尤为突出。结论:定心胶囊可以抑制房颤血清MMP-9的水平,是防治房颤的有效药物。Objective ： To explore the expression of serum metaUoproteinase - 9 （ MMP - 9） in Rats during the Atrial fibrillation（AF） and the influence of Dingxin capsule for Recuperation on it. Methods： The healthy male Wistar Rats were used. The rats were randonmize to 4 groups： normal control group, model group, Dingxin capsule group, Verpamil intervention group. The level of MMP - 9 of AF rats were measured. Results ： With the comparison of treating group and model group, the level of MMP -9 in treating group lowed obviously （ P 〈0.05）. Both of them had statistic significance. Both Dingxin capsule group and Verpamil intervention group could low the level of MMP - 9, but Dingxin capsule group is better. Conclusion： MMP-9 played important role in the pathogenesis of AF. Dingxin capsule could correct the level of MMP -9 in AF rats.
