电针“内关”对缺血性心肌细胞热休克蛋白90表达影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察电针刺激对急性心肌缺血家兔心肌热休克蛋白90(HSP90)表达的影响。方法:将30只健康家兔随机分为正常对照组(组1,n=10),结扎组(组2,n=10),结扎+针刺组(组3,n=10),采用结扎家兔冠状动脉左前降支的方法,建立急性心肌缺血实验模型。各组家兔均在观察结束后,取下家兔左心室前壁缺血心肌,用免疫组化法观察缺血心肌组织中热休克蛋白90的表达。结果:针刺组HSP9 0表达增强,与结扎组对比有显著性意义。且ECG指标亦恢复至结扎前。结论:电针能缓解家兔心肌缺血的症状,增强缺血心肌热休克蛋白90(HSP90)的表达;提示针刺“内关”穴对心肌缺血的保护作用可能是多靶点、多环节的,至少它可以通过促进保护性应激蛋白(HSP90)合成增加的作用来达到。Objective ：To observe the effects of electroacupuncture on expression of HSP90 of myocardial ischemic area in rabbit heart. Methods： Totally 30 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group（group1, n = 10） ligation group（group2 n = 10） eloctroacupunture group（group3, n = 10）. The acute myocardial ischemic model was established by ligtion in anterior interventricular branch. Neiguan was acupunctured, immuo histochemical method was used to observe the expressional changes of HSP90. Results： The symptom of myocardial ischemie could be relive and the HSP90 was highly expressed by the effects of EA. Conclusion： By acupuncture, multiply targets and multiply links may be the character of prophylactic effect toward ischemic cardiac muscle. At least it can be achieved by improving the ability to clean up oxygen free radical and promoting the function of heat shock protein 90. It alsomentioned the tight relationship between heart and Hand Jueyin meridian.
