摘　　要：“久病入络”理论是我国历代医家不断探索和实践的经验总结,在慢性病和疑难杂症的诊治中具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。文章在顽固性鼻渊、年老体衰之膏淋、久治难愈之不寐症的诊治上,运用“活血通络”原则进行辨证施治,验证了“久病入络”理论在治疗痼疾顽症方面的独特疗效。The theory of ＂Prolonged illness enters into venation＂ is the Traditional Chinese doctorg experience sum - up in parctice and it has significant practicality in making a diagnosis and giving treatment of chronic and difficult - disease. Using ＂Invigorates the blood to pass winds＂ to treat stubborn rhinitis and aged nephritis and insomnia validates the theoryg inimitable curative effect in chronic and stubborn disease.
