摘  要:目的:探讨牡丹皮小鼠增强小鼠免疫的作用。方法:实验动物采用清洁级ICR级昆明种小鼠,免疫调节试验各设3个剂量组,分别为52、26、13mg/kg体重,即高、中、低剂量组,另设蒸馏水对照组。经口灌胃给予受试物。免疫调节试验选用细胞免疫、体液免疫指标。结果:调节免疫实验提示,中、高剂量组抗体积数显著增加,高剂量组耳廓肿胀度和中、高剂量组淋巴细胞转化试验吸光度差值显著增加,高剂量组单核一巨噬细胞的吞噬指数显著增加,高剂量组NK细胞活性显著增加。结论:牡丹皮对小鼠具有增强免疫作用。Objective: To assess the immunoactivity of Crotex - Mudan. Methods : Mice were given oral doses of Crotex -Mudan of 52,26,13mg/kg ,using distilled water as control. Indexes of cellular immunity and humoral immunity were observed to detect the effects of Crotex - Mudan on immunoregulation in mice. Results : Compared with the control group, adjusted immunity experiments cue that HC50 of the meta and high dose group significant increased , the auricle tumefaction degree and the NK cytoactive of high dose group significant extented,the phagocytic index of monocaryon rhagiocine cell of the high dose and the absorption equation of Iymphocyte transformation test of the meta and high dose group increased obviously. Conclusion: In immunologic experiments,the fruit of lycium in mice show multiplication of antifatigue effects and the ability of immunoactivity.
