摘　　要：目的:观察针刺治疗不安腿综合征的疗效。方法:将54例患者随机分为两组。治疗组34例,取穴天枢、水分、三阴交、足三里、太冲等穴位,对照组20例,每晚1次,谷维素20mg,每日3次。两组均治疗30天后评定疗效。结果:治疗组有效率100%。对照组有效率75%,两组间有效率差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺治疗不安腿综合征有很好的疗效。Objective： To compare therapeutic effects between acupuncture with alprazolam and oryzanol for oral use on restless legs syndrome. Methods： fifty -four cases were randomly divided into acupuncture treatment group（ n = 34）, treated by acupoint Sanyinjiao, Tianshu, Shuifen, Zusanli, Taichong, and a control group （ n = 20 ） treated by alprazolam, 0. 8mg,once every night,oryzano1,20mg,three times every day for oral use. Each of alprazolam,0. 8mg,once every night, oryzanol,20mg,three times every day for oral use. Each of them were evaluated therapeutic effects after 30 days. Results： The effective rate were 100% in the treatment group,and 75.0% in the control group with significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The acupuncture has a better therapeutic effecton restless legs syndrome as compared with the common method alprazolam and oryzanol for oral use.
