中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭

摘　　要：选取符合充血性心力衰竭诊断标准的120例患者,随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上,加用中药辨证施治,随证加减,取得了满意疗效,显效率、总有效率明显优于对照组。两组心功能均有改善,而治疗组优于对照组。According to the diagnostic standard of congestive heart failure, we chose 120 patients, and divided randomly them into treatment group（60 cases） and control group（60 cases）. On the basis of same normal treatment to the control group, additionally we used Chinese herbs in treatment group through treating base on different symptoms and signs. Restdts ： the total effective rate in treatment group was higher significantly than that in the control group（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion：Congestive heart failure by combined treatment of TCM and western medicine was superior to by western medicine.
