摘　　要：随着城市的不断扩张，出现被城市包围的城中村。城市显化了城中村的价值后，城中村在建设、设施、社会等方面显露出大量的问题，已成为现代化城市的“疮疤”，影响着创建现代化城市形象。对城中村进行改造已显得非常必要。The urban village surrounded by the city appeared with the spreading of the city. The city made the value of village improved, so that a lot of problems concerning urban villages in construction, establishment and society. The problems as if some pit impact the modern urban visualization. To renew the urban village is very essential at now.
