摘  要:利用ABAQUS有限元软件分析P60S滚齿机上的高精度重型回转顶尖的挠度。在径向力作用下,顶尖前端部产生过大挠度,造成齿轮加工误差过大。顶尖体对顶尖挠度影响最大,因此,对顶尖体结构提出改进方案,使顶尖前端部挠度大幅减小,以提高滚齿加工的齿向精度。The front deflection of high precise and heavy-duty rotating center in P60S rolling-gear machine was analyzed by using finite element software ABAQUS. Too much deflection was induced by the radial force, which resulted in the excessive machining error to the gear. The most serious effect on the defection in all kinds of main parts is the body of center. The improved scheme was put forward to the structure of the body of center, which reduced its deflection greatly and improved the radial precision of machined gear.
